Requests are to be emailed to support@multon.co.uk. All requests will be handled in the same way, assigning a Multon reference and an estimated date of completion.
We encourage requests to be sent with sufficient time for development and internal testing before the monthly release; the estimated date of completion may be moved to the following month if there is insufficient time for us to complete the task. The date of completion will also depend on the amount of development work required. We aim to ensure that the software is of the highest quality and time for internal testing is crucial for achieving this.
